Life can get messy and when it does, we need to get M.E.S.S.I.E ourselves. When you make fitness the hardest part of your day, the rest of your day gets easier. Our bodies are made to adapt: It improves when challenged, it atrophies when it is not. It is my job to make sure we find the right way to challenge you and make it enjoyable. 

I've been a massage therapist for 7+ years, and most of my clients suffer from chronic pains from sedentary life / desk jobs. I've also explored many modalities of fitness throughout my 10+ years training (check out "About Me" page) and understand that the key to gains is consistency, exposure to what we wish to improve and, the effort we are willing to put in. Whether we are dealing with the obstacles created by competition or chronic pains, I believe there's always a way address and overcome these obstacles.

I get asked all the time, "who is my target audience", And my answer is... Everyone! Fitness has such a profound effect on our bodies so how could I exclude anyone? Whether you're looking for weight loss, improved physique or elevated fitness, I believe we can get there by getting M.E.S.S.I.E.

 

While I begin sharing my Personal Training expertise with the world, I am still exploring the limitations of training location. Whether you just want online programming, have your preferred gym, workout at home, or share my current membership at Planet fitness (if not, they provide free daily guest passes), we can make it work!
